Our Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of your order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within this period. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order

Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process. You can reach us at info@thefilmspoint.com or through our contact form.

Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) in their original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package. Include any paperwork, if applicable.

Label and Ship: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Print out the label and attach it to your package. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the return is approved. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product, please follow the return process mentioned above. Once we receive your item, we will ship out the replacement item(s).
Faulty Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@thefilmspoint.com so we can resolve the issue.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States, please follow the same return process. Note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
